In the artwork titled "Growth," I delved into the spontaneous creation of form through knotting and macramé, conducted on-site without a predetermined structure in mind.

In the heart of this creation is the notion that no space remains truly empty; it is destined to be claimed and transformed by something. The neglected corners of man-made structures, left to the whims of time, become canvases for nature's reclamation. The knots and macrame, woven with intention, echo the untamed, spontaneous growth that characterizes the natural world. The organic quality of the materials and the intricate process of knotting stand in deliberate contrast to the rigid, man-made environment, symbolizing the dynamic tension between the two.
